Cool temps, cute boots, hot cocoa, crunchy leaves, scarves & sweaters, football, what's not to love... IT'S FALL!!! Doesn't everyone have a love for fall weather and everything that goes along with it? Actually, I saw a facebook post awhile ago about pumpkin spiced BOLOGNA! I draw the line there. I look forward to this time of year and it's over in a flash! Here's a little glimpse into my personal life and loves this fall.
Fall started this year with a huge change for our family! Carson started pre-school! Three mornings a week he is off growing up even more! So far he is loving school and I"m told that school is loving him back. I can't wait to pick him up every day and hear about his little adventures on the way to Emily's house. I've been on two fieldtrips with his class so far, a nature walk at Gotch Park and to the Apple Orchard, which is at the top of my fall faves list! He is growing into such a little man and I really love this stage.
The Apple Orchard, ahhh, I can taste the apple dumplings and cinnamon ice cream just thinking about it! I love everything about it, lunch with friends, shopping the attic, the back 40 with littles, EVERYTHING! I look forward to going each season and it was fun to see behind the scenes this year with King's Kids. Carson and I did finally get our date there after a rain/freezing weather raincheck. There is so much to do, what's not to love?!
Just the atmosphere outside. I am always cold but I LOVE walking out into that crisp cool air first thing in the morning, as long as the sun is shining and it warms up by afternoon! :) There's nothing better that getting bundled up in a warm cozy sweater for the first time in the season.
The changing leaves and farmers in the field make my drive into town and home again so much more enjoyable.
Halloween! We love this holiday in our house! We always do a huge pumpkin carving/painting party! The kids have fun, for all of 5 minutes, and then leave it to the moms to finish. We think it's great so it's all good! They get to play and get dirty and be kids and we all have a great time!
I know this week is about my personal life, but I have to take this opportunity to give a HUGE shout out to everyone who has come to see me this fall. It was probably one of my busier seasons and the weather hasn't always been ideal but you guys have stuck it out and been so awesome! I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for being patient with me. I am working my tail off to get your galleries out and in your hands as fast as I can. I appreciate you more than you could ever know!

Diane Moede - Spider-Man looked so cute Brittney! You can’t go wrong with that costume. Both Eric and Brian were Spider-Man when they were younger...I enjoyed seeing your fall pics!
