When you live in a small town, community bonds you together, and the Hoag family is one that radiates kindness and warmth and opens the doors to their home often. At the heart of their family is Cameron, an upcoming graduate who has kindness and zeal and adds so much zest for life to his family and his community. My journey with their family began when I had the pleasure of taking his sister’s senior photos. When I first met them, I witnessed the genuine connection and affection that binds this family together. Nicole (mom) emerged as the nurturing force, and it speaks volumes that her teenage son calls her “the sweetest”.
Cameron is fun, clever, and sporty, and his kindness is what sets him apart and what endears him to not only his family but his community. As a side note, their family also adopts older dogs, something that hardly anyone does, and it seriously touches my heart. This heartfelt commitment, though unrelated to senior photos, reveals a family that embraces both the challenges and the sweetness that life has to offer. As Cameron has navigated his years at Humboldt High School, he has excelled in both basketball and track, and showcased his love of sports, sharing, “Basketball, I just love the sport!”
In the tapestry of the Hoag household, every frame captures the journey of a family that embodies the values of unconditional love. And as Cameron stands at the threshold of adulthood, the Hoag family continues to craft their story, one snapshot at a time, preserving the moments that define their journey and the sweetest memories that will last a lifetime.
