You want to look your best for your high school senior pictures and choosing your outfits is a big piece of the puzzle.
This year's trends are so fun and I'm loving the different textures you're able to choose from.
Colors:: With fall comes more earth-tone colors which help bring out the leaves. Choosing the burnt oranges, maroons and browns is going to tie everything together for a great fall look. Make sure you choose the version or shade of the color that works best with your skin tone and hair color. We love this burnt orange jumpsuit, and this floral dress that’s a bit more subtle.
Textures:: The corduroy pants and skirts have a great fall feel paired with a chunky sweater. Adding different textures to one outfit can add a cozy feel to your photos. For a more casual look grab your plaid shirt with your cute graphic tee underneath. Textures can add depth without being too distracting. Try this gorgeous sweater with drapey sleeves!
Layers:: When you style your outfits in layers you can incorporate different colors and textures which adds more interest to your photos. A cute fall jacket, from a jean jacket or a leather jacket or one with a cute hood. Or, layer with a solid shirt with a chunky open sweater. For a more casual look, a plaid shirt with a graphic tee under gives you a more relaxed feel. If you’re needing a great fall jacket, we like this inexpensive one from Shein.
Shoes:: Shoes can make or break an outfit. With fall, the ankle boots are so cute with a great pair of jeans. The knee-high boots look great with the corduroy skirts (click HERE for one). For a more casual look, throw on some flat tennis shoes with some cute skinny jeans.
Accessories:: The final touch to any photo is the accessories. Bigger earrings are always a great go-to when you are ready to finalize an outfit. Longer necklaces and scarves always add more to the photo. Top it off with a cute fedora or floppy hat and your friends will be envious of your style. Check out this cute hat from Target.
Unsure how to mix and match your outfits and accessories to tie it all together? I help with all of that at your consultation. You can bring in everything you have and I can help you decide what goes best with your options, so we can select the best locations!
