Haylie is someone who really lives out the golden rule: treating others how you want to be treated. This is something she wants to live out in her own life every day, and she does an amazing job, adding, “I always strive to be kind and nice, because that’s how I’d want to be treated. I’d also say I am quiet and easygoing”. This sweet girl is graduating from Humboldt High School this year, and has been staying plenty busy getting ready for graduation and working a part-time job. “I always loved my language classes in school, because I have always enjoyed reading and writing about topics that I like”, she shared. One person she looks up to and hopes to emulate is her grandma, who has bravely battled cancer and never given up. Haylie continues, “She is so strong, and reminds me daily to never give up, and that better days are always coming”.
I was lucky enough to do senior photos for several of Haylie’s friends, and I loved them all! She is a lucky girl to be surrounded by so many amazing people, and she herself is so well-loved. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Iowa and study Psychology. “I’d like to be a child psychologist, because I enjoy working with children, and there is a big need for psychologists. I also hope to do some traveling after I finish high school”, she concludes. She was so pleased with the way her photos turned out (so was I!), and she especially loved the locations and having her hair and makeup done by our amazing stylist, Heidi. The beautiful fall colors were stunning against her lovely hair and eyes, and the whole session came together perfectly. We had an amazing day together, and I enjoyed getting to know this bright and sweet senior.
Congratulations, Haylie!
